At CBD Ultra we pride ourselves on quick and efficient delivery. Current dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We have reduced dispatch days due to the current world situation.
All UK mainland orders are dispatched using a next working day courier service. We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before midday on our dispatch days.
To ensure we can guarantee delivery of your products we use DPD as our primary courier for our UK mainland customers. International orders/ non UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail. Please note, no tracking number is provided for this but we can provide proof of postage on request.
Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. The contact details provided for UK mainland customers will be used by our courier you to contact you in regards to your 2 hour delivery window and delivery options for your parcel.
Next Working Day Delivery: £3.50 (for UK Mainland customers)
Note: Standard Delivery is Monday to Friday.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order is lost in the post, CBD Ultra will issue a replacement once the item has been officially deemed lost by the designated courier.
Once an item has been passed over to the courier or postal service, CBD Ultra takes no responsibility and a claim must be filed by the recipient in the case of missing or lost items.
If an order is damaged, please send a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your contact details and order number so that we can look into this for you.
If an order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information then we cannot be held accountable and we will charge a re-delivery fee. To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you have given us the correct postal information and collect your items in a timely manner.
All deliveries are made via third parties they are subject to the courier’s terms and conditions.
